CANCELLATION POLICY: once your booking is confirmed, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange, otherwise we will regretfully require full payment to cover the cost of room hire, staffing and loss of earnings. We are a not for profit, community organisation, so every penny really does count and our team will always do everything possible to accommodate any change in your plans, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to discuss any changes to your booking.
